Clayton H. W. Turnbull, the founder and CEO of The Waldwin Group, has been passionately involved in developing and operating Dunkin’ Donuts since 1992. As CEO, he is committed to creating a rewarding experience for customers and employees in alignment with his core values and mission to provide the best service and product to customers. Building stores in economically deprived neighborhoods was his vision and remains his motive.

Clayton graduated from The University of Massachusetts. He serves on several boards and organizations including Eastern Bank and Board of Directors of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). He formerly served on the Board of Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, Black & White Boston, and the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative, as Chair of the Neighborhood Housing Trust and Dimock Community Health Center Foundation Board, and as Vice President of the 2004 Democratic National Convention.
